What to watch Oct 12th
Last night I was expecting more out of the Csi episode and without a trace they were just okay and hopefully it is better next week. Tonight I will be out and about so I will have to watch the programs later.

Ghost Whisperer

Friday Night Lights

New shows get some more scripts order
The new shows are Chuck, Bionic, Life, Journeyman and Cane . Even though none have received a full season pickup this is good news for me. I have only seen Life and Journeyman so far so I am happy. Cane received 4 more episodes and the rest 3 . Which new show do you want to stick around?

Murder-for-hire admission dooms TV show
BOGOTA, Colombia - The hit game show "Nothing But the Truth" has been canceled after a contestant won $25,000 for admitting she hired someone to kill her husband.Tuesday was the final day for the show, in which contestants attached to a lie-detector machine answered 21 increasingly invasive questions to win up to $50,000.
A U.S version called "Moment of the Truth" is still expected to be launched on Fox in the coming months, along with spin-offs in England, Australia, Germany, Italy and Spain, according to Howard Schultz, the Los Angeles-based creator of the show.

What I am watching tonight:
Pushing Daisies

We'll see a presentation of Ned's power: it's both a gift and a curse, and it's illustrated with flashbacks to Ned's childhood which include dissecting frogs in school. Ned, Emerson and Chuck later visit the morgue to inspect the body of a victim of a car accident. It's a 45 year-old man who specialized in automobile safety. The police are offering a reward to anyone who can find the killer, and Emerson wants answers in order to get the reward.(tv.com)
-I am giving the show another try I thought it was okay when I first saw it but not like the critics are raving about it.
Criminal Minds

The BAU travels to Portland to assist local authorities in investigating the disappearances of people who are new to the city and have no strong social ties. All the clues lead to a psychiatrist who may be using his patients' phobias to literally scare them to death.(tv.com)

Gossip Girl is the first new show of the season to get a full season
Teen drama first new series to get full season
Word around town is that the CW has ordered the back nine episodes of “Gossip Girl,” making the sudser the first frosh of the fall to get a full-season order.Skein, from creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, was one of the first shows to premiere last month and has scored solid Nielsen digits in its three-week run. Numbers have been further boosted by just-released DVR data showing ratings for the premiere seg increased 9% when including recording viewings of the show that take place six days after its first broadcast.“Gossip Girl” has also been a hit on iTunes, with two episodes of the show ranking in the service’s top five most downloaded TV episodes.Warner Bros. TV produces “Gossip Girl.”
Well I am actually glad because this is my guilty pleasure show , I watch it online at cw but I thought with the low ratings it would get canceled but I find it funny that is the first new show to get the back nine order.

Friday Night Lights premieres tonight
I just caught up with show online at nbc.com , a lot of critics raved about it so I thought I would give it a shot and I loved it and I wish people would get more interest in it because it is a great show with great acting. The basis of the show is about a small town in texas where there lives evolve around Friday football but there is more to it then football it deals with real issues that people go through. It premieres tonight on Nbc at 9pm eastern .
Coach Taylor comes back to town because his wife Tami goes into labor. Their daughter Julie is flirting with this guy at the pool, and Tyra appoints Laudry as her protector. You can see the preview below.

Normally on Thursdays I watch Csi and without a trace so I will start with those 2 shows .
CSI- 9 pm eastern Cbs
Details start to unfold for the relationship between Grissom and Sara . The team investigates the death of a go-cart racer who is killed while riding on a highway, and a murder at a trendy
restaurant where patrons dine in the dark.
Without a trace- 10 pm eastern Cbs
The team considers if a father who cleans crime scenes for a living led to his disappearance with his daughter.

The guest star for tonight is Jerry Seinfeld . Jack will be up to his old tricks . He wants to insert old clips from the seinfield show into current shows but Jerry does not like the idea.

Tonight the teams play for comfort items (pillows, blankets, a tarp) in a boat challenge. The winner kidnaps an opposing tribe member, who bonds with the other team over issues of faith.
